Born in Havana, Cuba (July 1961)

He studied at the Academy of Arts "San Alejandro" (1976-1981) graduated in the kind of sculpture and drawing.

Integra pottery workshop "Free Hours" under the direction of Professor Juan Carlos Santana between 1982 and 1986 and has contacts with graphic design and theater.

Since 1981, states as a draftsman and later years as a ceramist in Havana and other cities of Cuba, gaining some national recognition.

Born in Havana, Cuba (July 1961)

He studied at the Academy of Arts "San Alejandro" (1976-1981) graduated in the kind of sculpture and drawing.

Integra pottery workshop "Free Hours" under the direction of Professor Juan Carlos Santana between 1982 and 1986 and has contacts with graphic design and theater.

Since 1981, states as a draftsman and later years as a ceramist in Havana and other cities of Cuba, gaining some national recognition.

From his time in Havana highlights his early first prize in a competition for logo inclusion in the Book of Honor of the Grand Theater of Havana by the perfonmance "The room for suspicion" and their participation in the Second Biennial of Havana . During this period he served as professor of theoretical and practical courses in different art schools and homes Culture.

From 1992 to 1997 he worked as assistant general to the Cuban singer Albita Rodriguez, first in Bogota and dede 1993 in Miami where he joined the Ceramic League of Miami. First trip to the painting technic in 1995.

1999 and 2000, lives in Wheaton, Maryland (part of Greater Washington, near the capital) and start posting to this area (Eklécticos Fraser Gallery and Gallery in DC, Peninsula Fine Art Center in Virginia, Lindenberg Gallery in New York among others)

2000 to 2003 he returned to Miami but still connected to Fraser Gallery. It joins the project "Cafe" designed by Professor Leandro Soto which encourages him to exhibit in Phoenix, Arizona.

2003 Marries Colombian painter Rubby Cabrera and moved to Hollywwood first and later (2004 and 2005) lives in Vero Beach (Central Florida) in 2005 is included in the Viewing Program at the Drawing Center of New York and earn mention in the Salon of Visual Arts in Central Florida. He is a member of the Vero Beach Art Club.

2006 was established with his wife in the Valle del Cauca in Colombia had contacts with the activity Environmental Protection, alternating with periods of his life there in Miami where he began to exhibit in Europe with a personal exhibition in Porto, Portugal and the first edition of "Café" outside the United States in Rome.

Parallel to his visual activity Roberto Wong has entered literature through dozens of stories collected in the books "Tales of my error and tedium" and "half oval Tales of love and a few others, some stories have been published individually in various web sites.

Wong parts are part of museum collections of pottery from the Isle of Youth and Municipal Museum "Diez de Octubre" in Cuba and Penísula Fine Art Center (Virginia, USA) as well as the private collections of Alicia Alonso (first figure of the National Ballet of Cuba), Pablo Milanes (troubadour and important figure in Cuban culture ) and Pierre Richard (actor and filmmaker French)
